Sanctuary of the gods first explored in the mid fifties by British adventurer Col. James O.M Roberts, is the most popular trekking route in Nepal. With varied eco system, diverse mountain culture and incredible Mountain scenery, this trek is perhaps the most rewarding journey in the Himalaya. The vast amphitheatre of the sanctuary encircled by glaciated and snow covered peaks forms a dramatic natural barrier.


Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu / transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Half day sightseeing tour of the old part of Kathmandu city.
Day 03: Fly Pokhara. Trek to Ghandruk.
Day 04: Trek to Chomrong.
Day 05: Trek to Dovan.
Day 06: Trek to Bamboo.
Day 07: Trek to Machapuchare base camp.
Day 08: Trek to Annapurna base camp.
Day 09: Retrace trek to Bamboo.
Day 10: Trek to Chommrong.
Day 11: Trek to Landruk.
Day 12:  Trek to Dhampus phedi to conclude the trek. Drive to Pokhara.
Day 13: Drive to Kathmandu.
Day 14: Optional flight over Everest.
Day 15: Departure from Kathmandu.

: Moderate - challenging walk.

Best Season
: February to May in Spring and October to December in Autumn.

Recommended Equipments
: Good pair of well worn hiking boots, Gortex quality water proof jacket and trousers, fleece jacket, camp shoes or sandals, Cotton trousers, tee shirts and shorts, sun hat, gloves, day pack, water bottle, sun glasses, flash light with spare batteries, insect repellent, bio-degradable toiletries, sewing kit, binoculars, playing cards and personal medical kit.

Trek Cost
: Min 2 pax US $ 1055 per person on a twin sharing basis.

Cost includes
: Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu and Pokhara on B/B basis, Flight Ktm - Pkr, tea house trek with an experienced guide, accommodation in comfortable lodges, breakfast, lunch and dinner on trek, Trek Permits, National Park and Conservation Fees and all ground transportation.

Not included
: Client insurance, emergency evacuation costs, video fees in National Parks, Bottled and alcoholic drinks, personal clothing and equipment.
